Pursuant to section 254 of the Resource Management Act 1991, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, on the recommendation of the Attorney-General, after consultation with the Minister for the Environment and the Minister of Maori Affairs, has been pleased to appoint
Paul Allan Catchpole, of New Plymouth
as an Environment Commissioner for a period of 18 months on and from 22 December 2009.
