Pursuant to section 65ZD(3) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance makes the following statement:
"On 12 October 2010, I, The Honourable Simon William English, Minister of Finance, gave an indemnity in favour of the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa under an Indemnity Agreement related to an exhibition of artworks from the Stadel Museum, Frankfurt."
