Pursuant to section 24C(2) of the Judicature Act 1908, the Chief Justice, after consultation with the Chief High Court Judge, has nominated the following Judge to help the Judge nominated to supervise the Commercial List and to supervise the list when that Judge is absent from duty:

This nomination takes effect from 14 October 2010.
