Pursuant to section 38 of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, I hereby give notice of approval of
the Immigration Advisers Competency Standards 2010
and the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct 2010, which will come into effect on 29 November 2010.
From 29 November 2010, the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct 2008 and Immigration
Advisers Competency Standards 2008 are revoked.
The standards and the code of conduct can be viewed and downloaded free from the Immigration Advisers Authority ("Authority") website
