Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, His Excellency, The Right Honourable Sir Anand Satyanand, has appointed to the Securities Commission, as established under the Securities Act 1978
Murray David Jack, of Wellington
as a new member of the Securities Commission for a
term commencing on 15 October 2010 and expiring after nine months, or until the Financial Markets Authority is established.
