His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has reappointed to the Commerce Commission, as established under the Commerce Act 1986
Dr Mark Newman Berry, of Wellington
as a member, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, and as chairperson, pursuant to section 12(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, for a term commencing on 1 October 2010 and expiring on 31 March 2014.
