Pursuant to section 60(1) of the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989, the Minister of Commerce appoints an advisory committee in relation to the statutory management of Idea Services Limited and Timata
Hou Limited, under the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Order (No 4) 2010.
The following persons are appointed as the members of the advisory committee:
Ralph Vincent Jones, of Wellington, Chief Executive
of IHC New Zealand Incorporated and company director; and
Shelley Aileen Payne, of Tauranga, National
Vice-President of IHC New Zealand Incorporated
and company director; and
Donald Hewitt Thompson, of Wanaka, National President of IHC New Zealand Incorporated and company director.
