Pursuant to section 120 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, I reappoint
Keith Crump
as a health practitioner member of the Pharmacy Council for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification; and reappoint
Carolyn Oakley-Brown
as a health practitioner member of the Pharmacy Council for an 18-month term of office commencing on the date of this notification; and appoint
Dr Te Kani Kingi
as a lay member of the Pharmacy Council for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification.
