Pursuant to section 86(3) and (5) of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 ("the Act"), I give notice that the following offices of the Tenancy Tribunal listed in column A will be responsible for the geographical areas listed in column B from 1 October 2010.
References in this notice to territorial authorities refer to those bodies as constituted under the Local Government
Act 2002 and are to be read as at the date of this notice.
Any changes to territorial authority boundaries made
under the Local Government Act 2002 will not alter the geographical areas described in this notice.
