and Accessory Unit 20 Deposited Plan 349622 comprised in Computer Unit Title Register 203262 with the registered proprietor of that interest being Oceans Management Tutukaka Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on or around 19 November 2008;
(b) leasehold in stratum in freehold estate comprised
in Computer Interest Register 232580 registered against the stratum in freehold estate of Unit 211
and Accessory Unit 11, 34 Deposited Plan 349622 comprised in Computer Unit Title Register 203284 with the registered proprietor of that interest being Oceans Management Tutukaka Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on or around 19 November 2008;
(c) leasehold in stratum in freehold estate comprised
in Computer Interest Register 232581 registered against the stratum in freehold estate of Unit 213
and Accessory Unit 22 Deposited Plan 349622 comprised in Computer Unit Title Register 203286 with the registered proprietor of that interest being Oceans Management Tutukaka Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on or around 19 November 2008; and
(d) leasehold in stratum in freehold estate comprised
in Computer Interest Register 232582 registered against the stratum in freehold estate of Unit P3 Deposited Plan 349622 and Accessory Units P3, P8 Deposited Plan 349622 comprised in Computer Unit Title Register 203269 with the registered proprietor of that interest being Oceans Management Tutukaka Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on or around 19 November 2008.
