I hereby appoint
Hemi Rau
as commissioner for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Ara Rima.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees
of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Ara Rima are vested
in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
