Pursuant to section 48 of the Local Government (Tamaki Makaurau Reorganisation) Act 2009, the Minister of Local Government has made the following appointments to the Board of Auckland Waterfront Development Agency Limited:
Robert Harvey
as the chair for a two-year term commencing on 1 November 2010 and concluding on 31 October 2012;
Adrienne Frances Young Cooper
as the deputy chair for a one-year term commencing on
1 November 2010 and concluding on 31 October 2011;
Kerry Thomas Stotter
as a director for a one-year term commencing on
1 November 2010 and concluding on 31 October 2011;
Ngarimu Alan Huiroa Blair
as a director for a three-year term commencing on
1 November 2010 and concluding on 31 October 2013; and
Terence John Kayes
as a director for a two-year term commencing on
1 November 2010 and concluding on 31 October 2012.
