Pursuant to section 48 of the Local Government (Tamaki Makaurau Reorganisation) Act 2009, the Minister of Local Government has made the following appointments to the Board of Auckland Council Property Limited:
John Wells
as the chair for a two-year term commencing on
1 November 2010 and concluding on 31 October 2012;
Richard Hammond Aitken
as the deputy chair for a one-year term commencing on
1 November 2010 and concluding on 31 October 2011;
Margaret Anne Blackburn
as a director for a three-year term commencing on
1 November 2010 and concluding on 31 October 2013;
Peter George Wall
as a director for a one-year term commencing on
1 November 2010 and concluding on 31 October 2011; and
Tukoroirangi Morgan
as a director for a two-year term commencing on
1 November 2010 and concluding on 31 October 2012.
