Pursuant to section 48 of the Local Government (Tamaki Makaurau Reorganisation) Act 2009, the Minister of Local Government has made the following appointments to the Board of Auckland Council Investments (AIAL) Limited:
Simon Christopher Allen
as the chair for a two-year term commencing on
1 November 2010 and concluding on 31 October 2012; and
Miriam Rose Dean
as the deputy chair for a one-year term commencing on
1 November 2010 and concluding on 31 October 2011.
