Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act
1982, notice is hereby given that on 31 March 2010,
the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal, acting pursuant to sections 353 and 358 of
the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, ordered that the name of
Maua James Faleauto
be struck off the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors.
