Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004
and section 18 of the Families Commission Act 2003, the Minister for Social Development and Employment has appointed
Carl Davidson, of Christchurch
to be Chief Commissioner of the Families Commission for
a term of three years commencing on 1 August 2010.
