Pursuant to section 153(1)(b) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby declare that Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Tonga
o Hokianga will become a Year 1-13 composite school on 19 April 2010 and cease to be a Year 1-8 primary school
on that day.
