Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 March 2008, which
was granted under those Regulations to Suzanne Paterson
in respect of Granity/Ngakawau Playcentre (65207), situated at 83 Torea Street, Granity, West Coast.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
