Pursuant to section 9(1) of the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 1994 and section 28(1)(b) of the
Crown Entities Act 2004, the Governor-General, on my recommendation as responsible Minister, has reappointed
Raewyn Megan Lamb
as a Deputy Health and Disability Commissioner for a term of two years commencing on 1 August 2010 and expiring on 31 July 2012.
This reappointment was made by way of written notice to the Deputy Health and Disability Commissioner (with a copy to the entity), pursuant to section 28(2) of the
Crown Entities Act 2004.
