Pursuant to subsections 180(1)(d) and 180(2) of the KiwiSaver Act 2006, notice is given of a variation
to the instrument of appointment appointing
TOWER Employee Benefits Limited as a KiwiSaver Default Provider
Pursuant to clause 10 of the KiwiSaver Default Provider (TOWER Employee Benefits Limited) Notice 2007, the Minister of Finance and Minister of Commerce jointly give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title-(1) This is the KiwiSaver Default Provider (TOWER Employee Benefits Limited) Amendment Notice 2010 (No. 2),
(2) In this notice, the KiwiSaver Default Provider
(TOWER Employee Benefits Limited) Notice 2007, dated
at Wellington on the 2nd day of April 2007*, as amended from time to time, is called the "principal notice".
2. Commencement-This notice comes into force on
the day after the date on which it is published in the
New Zealand Gazette.
3. Schedule 1 of the principal notice amended-
With effect on and from 1 September 2010, Schedule 1 of the principal notice is amended by deleting the words "Jacques Martin New Zealand Limited" and replacing them with the words "Mercer (N.Z.) Limited".
