Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Hangatiki School and appoint
Richard Clarke
as commissioner to replace that board.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Hangatiki School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
