Pursuant to the Veterinarians Act 2005, I hereby reappoint
Barbara Jean Benson, of Wellington, being a non-veterinarian
as a member of the Veterinary Council of New Zealand for a term of three years from 1 January 2010, pursuant to section 77(b) and clause 1(2) of Schedule 1 of the Act.
