Pursuant to clause 17 of the Housing Restructuring (Appeals) Regulations 2000, on behalf of the Minister
of Justice and myself, we are pleased to announce the appointment of

as principal member for a term of three years from 21 June 2010.
Pursuant to clause 19 of the Housing Restructuring (Appeals) Regulations 2000, I have been pleased to appoint

Deborah Cranko
Gavin Cook
as members for terms of three years from 1 June 2010; and
Jeannette MacKenzie
as a member for a term of one year from 1 June 2010.
