Pursuant to section 344 of the Building Act 2004, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to reappoint
Alan Norman Bickers
as a member of the Building Practitioners Board for a term of three years from 30 June 2010; and
Paul Andrew Blackler
David John Clark
as members of the Building Practitioners Board for a term of five years from 10 June 2010; and appoint
William Nicholas Smith
Brian Henry Nightingale
as members of the Building Practitioners Board for a term of three years from 10 June 2010.
Pursuant to clause 22(1) of Schedule 3 of the Building Act 2004, I have been pleased to reappoint
Alan Norman Bickers
as chairperson of the Building Practitioners Board for a term of three years from 30 June 2010; and
Paul Andrew Blackler
as deputy chairperson of the Building Practitioners Board for a term of five years from 10 June 2010.
