Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 November 2009,
which was granted under those Regulations to Kim Jones, in respect of Tumble Tots Creche (34099), situated at
83 Tristram Street, Hamilton Central, Hamilton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
