Pursuant to section 52(1) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and notice given under section 28(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 ("the CE Act"), I have appointed
Anne Kolbe
as a member, under section 28(1)(a) of the CE Act, of the board of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency.
This appointment will take effect on 1 July 2010 and will end on 30 June 2013.
