Pursuant to section 11 of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce has appointed
Stephen John Gale, of Wellington
as an associate member of the Commerce Commission in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Fair Trading Act 1986, Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, and the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance
Act 2003.
The appointment is for a term of five years commencing on 1 July 2010 and expiring on 30 June 2015.
