Pursuant to section 5A(4) of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Jan Marie Doogue, District Court Judge of Auckland
to be Acting Chief District Court Judge for the period
30 August 2010 to 30 September 2010.
