Pursuant to clause 9(1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby validate the irregularities in connection with the election of parent representatives for the Hamilton Girls' High School Board of Trustees held on 7 May 2010.
This notice takes effect on the day of notification.
