as deputy chair of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal for a three-year term of office commencing on
12 July 2010; and appoint
David Carden
as deputy chair of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal for a three-year term of office commencing on
12 July 2010.
