I hereby appoint
Roger Anthony Sutton
(a) pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities
Act 2004, as a member of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority established under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000; and
(b) pursuant to clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, as chair of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority.
Both appointments are for a term of three years commencing on 2 June 2010 and expiring on 1 June 2013.
