Pursuant to section 24(7)(b) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, David George Chaplow, Director of Mental Health, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, specify that the places operated by
Capital Coast District Health Board’s Opioid Treatment Service
are places at which controlled drugs may be prescribed, administered, or supplied for the purposes of that section, subject to the agreed conditions.
