Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act
1989, I hereby amend the notice of Appointment of a Commissioner for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Rangiawhia (as published in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 24 February 2010, No. 21, page 461) and appoint Tunney McFadyen as commissioner.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Rangiawhia are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
