The Minister of Commerce has appointed
Ronald James Hill, of Auckland
as the deputy chairperson of the Testing Laboratory Registration Council for a term commencing on 17 May 2010 and expiring on 31 March 2012.
The appointment is made pursuant to Clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and the Testing Laboratory Registration Act 1972, or any enactment
which corresponds to or replaces the Testing Laboratory Registration Act 1972.
