The Minister of Commerce has appointed
Elizabeth Maria Hopkins, of Christchurch
as a member of the Testing Laboratory Registration Council for a period of three years commencing on 17 May 2010 and expiring on 16 May 2013.
The appointment is made pursuant to section 4(1)(a) of the Testing Laboratory Registration Act 1972, or any enactment which corresponds to or replaces the Testing Laboratory Registration Act 1972.
