Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act
1999, notice is given of the issue on 11 May 2010 of
the Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme - Cloned Animal Listing) Notice 2010 which comes into force on
28 June 2010.
A copy of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68-86 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.
