Dr Nicola Swain-Campbell as a health researcher member
Dr Mathew Zacharias as a health practitioner member
of the Lower South Regional Ethics Committee for three-year terms of office commencing on the date of this notification; and I also appoint
Kenneth Copland
as chair of the Lower South Regional Ethics Committee for a one-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification.
