Pursuant to section 28 and Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 26 of the Broadcasting Act 1989,
I, The Honourable Sir Anand Satyanand, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint

as a member of the Broadcasting Standards Authority for
a term commencing on 1 December 2009 and expiring on
30 November 2012.
