Pursuant to section 11H of the District Courts Act 1947,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Patricia Elaine Oettli, Community Magistrate
to be an Acting Community Magistrate for a term of
24 months on and from 17 March 2010.
