Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Crown Retail Deposit Guarantee Scheme Act 2009, The Director - Financial Operations, The Treasury, makes the following statement:
"I, Dr Brian McCulloch, Director - Financial Operations, The Treasury, on behalf of the Crown, under delegations from the Minister of Finance and the Secretary to the Treasury, under sections 28 and 41(1) of the State Sector Act 1988, gave guarantees pursuant to section 6 of the Crown Retail Deposit Guarantee Scheme Act 2009, to the following persons on the following date:
