Pursuant to section 29(1)(b) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, I have appointed
Richie James Smith
under section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, as a member of the board of the South Canterbury DHB.
This appointment will take effect on 26 April 2010 and ends on 5 December 2010.
