Pursuant to section 164(3)(a) of the Animal Products Act 1999, I give notice of the issue on 19 April 2010 of the following notice in relation to conducting testing of live animals and germplasm for export:
Animal Products (Recognised Laboratories and Persons Specifications for Conducting Testing of Live Animals and Germplasm for Export) Notice 2010 issued pursuant to sections 60(1)(a), 102(4) and 167(1), (m), (o), (p) and (q) of the Animal Products Act 1999.
