Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Tauriko School and appoint
John Carlyon
as commissioner to replace that board.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Tauriko School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day of publication.
