Pursuant to section 156Y(3)(d) of the Reserve Bank of
New Zealand Act 1989, and taking into account the joint determination by the Reserve Bank and the Securities Commission, the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Commerce hereby approve the application fee of $30,000.00 (including GST) to accompany an application to have a settlement system declared as a designated settlement system under Part 5C of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989.
