Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 September 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Kelli Paranihi in respect of Paekakariki Kohanga Reo (64059), situated at 137 Tilley Road, Paekakariki.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
