Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 January 2007, which
was granted under those Regulations to Annie Goodchap
in respect of Contours Childcare (40263), situated at
229-243 Fraser Street, Fraser Cove, Tauranga.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
