Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 December 2009, which
was granted under those Regulations to Dominic Rogerson
in respect of Cityjunior Thorndon (55429), situated at
75 Thorndon Quay, Thorndon, Wellington.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
