Acting pursuant to Regulation 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs (Industrial Hemp) Regulations 2006, I, Sue Scott, Team Leader, Medicines Control, Regulation and Governance, Ministry of Health, acting under delegation from the Director-General of Health, hereby approve the cultivar of industrial hemp described below, for the purposes of that Regulation:
