Dr Wayne Mapp, Minister of Research, Science and Technology, and The Honourable Simon William English, Minister of Finance, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 163 of that Act, for the Foundation for Research, Science and Technology to give an indemnity under its contract for membership of the Australian Co-operative Research Centre for Greenhouse Gas Technologies.
