Pursuant to section 105A of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby revoke the notice headed Alternative Constitution for the Board of Trustees of Benneydale School (161)
dated the 14th day of February 2005 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 February 2005, No. 41, page 1051.
This notice takes effect the day that elected trustees take office in accordance with section 102 of the Education Act 1989 following the board triennial elections to be held in 2010.
